The Substance Use Disorder Counselor conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, facilitates groups, and maintains compliant documentation. The counselor collaborates with the treatment team and community partners to deliver coordinated, person-centered, trauma-informed care and supports relapse prevention and discharge planning.

Interns participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and core activities such as screenings, treatment planning, case management, client education, and documentation while building hours toward CADC certification.
