Outpatient SUD Counselor
We are Hiring an SUD Outpatient Counselor/ Alcohol and Drug Counselor/ CADC I- Another Chance Drug & Alcohol Rehab
Job Description: Come join the dedicated team at Another Chance, where we serve the community by providing SUD services. We are currently seeking an Addictions Counselor to serve our patients. This position provides professional substance use treatment services to adults.
Agency Description: We are a Patient Centered, Trauma Informed SUD Treatment center. We provide PHP, IOP and OP services to adults suffering from Substance Use Disorders.
Required Credentials: CADC I Preferred, CADC-R will be considered
Preferred Qualifications: Duties include assessments using ASAM, DSM 5 and collection of family history/functioning, and providing evidence-based services in group, individual and family settings. Position requires a CADC and a passion for working with patients struggling with substance use disorders. Candidates must be familiar with strengths-based counseling, evidence-based practices for co-occurring populations, Stages of Change and Motivational Interviewing.
Hours vary and are subject to change based on patient and staffing needs. Fluency of Spanish language in a counseling setting is desired. Multi-lingual and multi-cultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
