Another Chance offers professional substance abuse assessments for legal or employment requirements.
How does it work?
- For a fee of $300, we provide an “Assessment Only” service, ideal for individuals fulfilling a court order, employment mandate, or other formal obligations without pursuing further treatment. This upfront cost covers the complete assessment, as insurance billing is not applicable for this standalone service.
- Should treatment be recommended and the individual agrees to proceed with our tailored programs at Another Chance, the initial assessment fee is waived, and we directly bill the insurance for comprehensive treatment services.
- In certain cases, our counselors may recommend a 30-day evaluation period, including random urine analysis (UA) and gathering collateral information from external sources to accurately assess the need for substance abuse treatment.
- Please note that the detailed results of the assessment will be confidentially provided once the $300 fee is paid in full.
